摘要
从现今新型非关税壁垒的兴起与现实出发,作者简要阐述了经济全球化总趋势下贸易自由化与贸易保护主义的产生及发展,并结合国际社会中的新问题探讨了贸易问题中的一些新趋势,提出了法律应对的措施。
On the basis of the analysis of emergence and status quo of the latest non-tarrif barrier, this paper briefly analyzes the fountain and evolution of trade liberalization and protectionism with the advent of economic globalization, then explores some new trends emerging from the trade issues and then propounds some related legal countermeasures.
