摘要
在教师队伍建设中,结构性问题是其核心问题,是实现教育均衡发展的前提条件。为了优化我县教师队伍结构,促进教育均衡发展,针对我县教师队伍存在学段结构不合理、学科结构不合理以及年龄结构不合理等情况,分析了其根源在于生源波动引起学段结构变化、专业限制导致学科结构偏科以及年龄结构不合理等因素,在此基础上,探寻了其应对之策主要从三方面着手,即要建立教师补充机制、教师培训机制以及教师流动机制。
In the construction of teaching staff, structure is a key issue as well as a desideratum for promoting a weU-balaneed development of education. This paper expounds the typical problems existing in the teaching staff of Xupu county, such as teacher proportion of different areas or phases, subject structure and teacher number in different age groups. Central to the problems is that the number of the students" sources is not stable; and, on the basis of the above analysis, these problems should be approached from three aspects, viz, setting up systems for teacher turnover, constructing mechanisms for teacher training and formulating regulations of teacher mobility.
