新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种影响因素研究

Impact factors of immunifaction for neonatal hepatitis B vaccine

目的了解新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种及其影响因素,为制定相应的控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2004年1月—2008年12月2696例我院出生的新生儿接种乙肝疫苗情况及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果2696例新生儿中乙肝疫苗24h及时接种2486例,及时接种率为92.21%,未及时接种的原因大部分为新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎等患急性、慢性严重疾病的新生儿。结论新生儿乙肝疫苗的接种率与新生儿健康状况有直接关系。

Objective To study neonatal hepatitis B vaccine immunization and its influence factors , and to develop appropriate control measures to provide a scientific basis.Methods 2 696 newborns from January 2004 to December 2008 in our hospital undertook neonatal hepatitis B vaccination and its influencing factors were investigated.Results 2 486 newborns undertook hepatitis B vaccine vaccination within 24 hours timely and the inoculation rate was 92.21%. The reasons of no timely immunization was neonatal asphyxia, neonatal pneumonia and other acute, chronic serious illness of newborns.Conclusion Neonatal hepatitis B vaccination rate of newborns have a direct relationship with health status.
