摘要
目前我国高校普遍是负债运行,有的高校甚至是背负巨额债务,这是不利于高校以及社会的发展的。本文从财政、学校自身融资以及政府监管的角度分析了高校纷纷举债的原因,并针对现实的情况,提出了解决方法。主要是通过政府财政帮助,学校自身筹资以及加强对高校举债的监督来解决这一问题。
Nowadays, most Chinese colleges and universities are operating in debts; some of them are even beating huge debts. From the perspective of public finance, school financing capability and governmental supervision, this paper analyzed the reasons of university indebtedness, and put forward solutions for the current situation, such as finance aids, broadening the financing channels and strengthening the supervision of university indebtedness.
