环新疆经济圈视角下新疆经济中心测度研究

Study on Measuring Xinjiang Economic Center from the Perspective of Xinjiang Economic Zone

从环新疆经济圈视角出发测度新疆能否作为未来的经济中心,本文收集了环新疆经济圈下13个经济体的相关数据。首先根据测算经济中心的需要确定了包括5个一级指标、23个二级指标的评价指标体系,其次在查阅相关数据资料的基础上经过简单运算得到了二级指标的相对评价值,再次运用层次分析法(AHP)和德尔菲相结合的方法确定各评价指标的权重,对各系统评价值进行汇总,最后得出衡量新疆作为经济中心的综合指标值。针对评价结果得出了相关的启示并提出了相应的建议。

Related data of 13 economic units had been collected to estimate whether Xinjiang can be the future economic center from the perspective of economic circles. The paper firstly determined an evaluating indicator systems including 5 primary targets and 23 secondary targets; secondly got a relative evaluating value of secondary targets by simple operation; then determined respective weights based on AHP method combined with Deerfei and add up all the evaluating value; finally it obtained comprehensive indexes for measuring Xinjiang as economic center of the zone. Furthermore, some enlightenments were derived and corresponding proposals were put for-ward in basis of study result.
