雾化提钒冶金中半钢罐粘结是个老大难问题。这个问题如果不能解决.攀钢二期工程将选用转炉法提钒。“不抠罐操作”理论分析是可行的,现场试验取得了成功。因此,攀钢二期仍然沿用雾化提钒工艺。

It's difficalt problem that Semi-steeling pot is glued for atomizing vandium- smeltimg in Pangang. It would choose converter process before atomizing vandium-smelltimg if the problem can not be overcome im secondary project. It's feasible that non-dig pot operation of atomizing vandium-smetting im theory. The test for non-dig pot operation is a success. Therefore Pangang can continue to use atomizing vangium-smelting in secondary project.
