摘要
古蔺矿区煤层破碎,瓦斯含量高,在钻进中易发生坍塌;煤系地层中粘土质岩较多,吸水性强,易造成缩径,给钻探施工带来了困难。通过现场分析和反复实践,并结合绳索取心的特点,采用了在泥浆基浆中加入柴油,用油包水的低固相物质作基浆,制作了低固相油基泥浆。矿区115-2、114-3和114-2孔的应用表明,该泥浆不仅解决了煤层坍塌问题,而且具有钻进效率高、安全和经济的特点。
In the Gulin mine area, coal in coal seams is fell into pieces, gas content is high, and coal seams easy to collapse during drilling; argillaceous rocks are abundant in coal measures strata with strong water absorption, thus easy to cause diameter shrinkage, thus bring on difficulties during drilling operation. Through site analysis and repeated practices, combined with wire-line coring characteristics, adding diesel oil into base slurry of mud formed oil wrapped base slurry to make low solid oil based mud. The application of the mud in Nos.llS-2, 114-3 and 114-2 boreholes in the mine area has demonstrated that the mud not only settled coal seam collapsing problem, but also in favor of to improve drilling efficiency, safety and economical characteristics.
