摘要
公共图书馆是为给读者提供阅读资源和引导读者获得更多知识而设立的,提高公共图书馆为读者提供服务的质量十分必要。公共图书馆应以读者为本,满足读者多元化的需求,尽量节约读者的时间,要合理优化馆内资源,提高馆员素质。
Public library is established for the purpose of providing reading resources for readers and guiding readers to get more information, thus the improvement of public library＇ s service is necessary and essential. It should be people oriented, satisfying reader＇ s diverse demands, save readers＇ time, optimize resources, and promote librarians qualities.
