摘要
当代认知语言学研究认为,隐喻不仅是语言中的一种修辞手段,更是人类认识世界的一种思维方式;它不仅是语言现象和思维现象,更是一种文化现象,具有强大的认知功能。然而,目前,不少国内的隐喻研究停留在词汇层面,应从隐喻的神经元理论说、隐喻的文化传承功能和语用功能等几个视角,开辟探讨隐喻研究的新途径。
Studies of contemporary cognitive linguistics hold that metaphor is not only a rhetorical device, but also a means of re- flection. It is a phenomenon of language and reflection as well as culture, which shows a powerful cognitive function. However, most of the researches of metaphor are restricted to vocabulary. The paper probes into the new research field of metaphor from the aspects of neuron theory, its features of cultural inheritance, and its pragmatical function.
