摘要
[目的]比较自动酶联荧光免疫分析系统(VIDAS)和常规细菌培养法(GB)检测食品中沙门菌的效果。[方法]2009年7月,使用VIDAS法和常规细菌培养法平行检测各种样品中沙门菌,以常规细菌培养法作参照,对VIDAS技术进行评价。[结果]160份样品中,VIDAS法检出15份阳性样品,阳性率为9.38%,分离出12株沙门菌株;常规细菌培养法检出12份阳性样品,阳性率为7.50%,分离出12株沙门菌株。[结论]VIDAS法敏感、特异、简便、快速,可作为食品中沙门菌的快速筛检,常规培养法主要作为沙门菌的确证试验。
[Objective]To compare the examination effect of Salmonella in food with VIDAS automatic enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay and routine bacterial culture (GB).[Methods]Salmonella in food samples was tested with VIDAS and GB in July 2009,VIDAS technique was evaluated based on the method of routine bacterial culture.[Results]Of the 160 samples tested,15 of them were positive detected with VIDAS method and the positive rate was 9.38%,12 Salmonella strains were isolated.While 12 of them were positive detected with routine bacterial culture method and the positive rate was 7.50%,12 Salmonella strains were isolated.[Conclusion]VIDAS method is sensitive,specific,simple,rapid and can be used as rapid screening of Salmonella in food,but the routine culture method was mainly used as a confirming test of Salmonella.
