氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定全血中铅的研究

摘要 [目的]探讨应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定全血中铅的方法。[方法]样品经硝酸-双氧水消化定容后用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法进行测定。[结果]方法的检出限为0.096μg/L,回收率为89.4%~102.7%,精密度为1.2%,标准曲线相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法仪器设备简单,成本低,能达到血铅测定要求,值得在基层推广使用。 [Objective]To explore the way for measuring the content of lead in whole blood by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]The sample was measured by AFS after it was digested and dissolved by Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.[Results]The limit of result was 0.096 μg/L,The recovery was 89.4% to 102.7%,The precision was 1.2%,The coefficient of standard curve was 0.999 8.[Conclusion]There are many advantages of this way,for example,the instruments and equipments are uncomplicated,the cost is low,and also can reach the demand of test,so it is deserved to be used widely at the grassroots level.
