摘要
[目的]了解农村村级卫生室一体化管理前后的消毒效果,为加强卫生监督力度提供依据。[方法]对菏泽市牡丹区2006～2009年农村村级卫生室一体化管理前后的消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]2008～2009年与2006～2007年检测合格率,治疗室空气分别为47.80%、63.89%(P<0.01),医护人员手分别为55.787%、54.42%(P>0.05),物体表面分别为61.45%、72.71%(P<0.01),使用中的消毒剂分别为71.03%、82.55%(P<0.01)。[结论]农村村级卫生室一体化管理后消毒工作质量有不同程度的提高。
[Objective]To understand disinfection effect of rural clinics before and after integrated management,to provide a basis for strengthening health supervision.[Methods]Monitoring data of disinfection in rural clinics before and after integrated management from 2006 to 2009 in Mudan district of Heze city were analyzed.[Results]The qualified rate of the air in treatment room was 47.80% and 63.89% during 2008-2009 and 2006-2007 respectively （P〈0.01）,the qualified rate of doctors＇ and nurses＇ hands was 55.78% and 54.42%（P〉0.05）,while it was 61.45% and 72.71% tested for object surface （P〈0.01）,71.03% and 82.55% for disinfectants in use（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The quality of disinfection in rural clinics was improved at different levels after integrated management.
