摘要
将壳聚糖/低温等离子体联合整理技术用于纯棉织物的抗皱整理,对处理后棉织物的抗皱性、吸湿性、力学性能以及表面化学基团进行测试分析,探讨了壳聚糖和低温等离子整理对棉织物性能影响的规律.研究表明,壳聚糖整理能够有效改善纯棉织物的抗皱性能,在壳聚糖抗皱整理的基础上引入低温氧气等离子体处理并不能进一步提高棉织物的折皱回复角,但能提高壳聚糖整理后棉织物的拉伸断裂强力和吸湿性能.
This paper studied the crease-resistant finishing on pure cotton fabrics with the combination treatment of chitosan and low temperature plasma. The changes of the crease-resistance, wetting and mechanical properties of the cotton fabrics were investigated to discuss the effect of the combined finish on the cottons fabric properties. It was found that the introduction of the low temperature oxygen plasma treatment after the chitosan finish can improve the fabrics' tensile strength and wetting property effectively even though the chitosan/plasma combined treatment is unable to increase the crease recovery angle of the cotton fabrics.
