摘要
本文分析了半导体激光器稳频的重要意义,应用价值及其发展动态,介绍了对半导体激光器稳频的重要方法之一——饱和吸收法的稳频原理和工作过程,并得到了几个重要的结论,这些结论有益于系统设计,并进行了系统的设计和实验,测试结果满足要求。
In this paper, the important signification in frequency stabilization of laser Diode(LD) was presented, as well as its application and recent prospects. One method of the frequency stabilization for LD - absorption cell was presented; its principle and the process of work was introduced; some conclusion which is good for system designing was get from the principle above. The system has been designed and the experment has been done. The results were meet the demand of our frequency stabilization system.
