肾上腺髓质素与妊娠期高血压疾病 被引量：1

摘要 肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)是一种活性多肽,广泛分布于全身各个器官,它具有很强的舒血管作用。ADM是一种对器官组织有益的保护性内泌素,在靶器官损害、功能障碍时,起代偿作用。研究发现ADM参与机体许多生理、病理机能的调节。ADM在正常妊娠从胚胎着床到分娩整个过程中都起着重要作用,同时还与病理妊娠如妊娠期高血压疾病密切相关。
