教师评价:后现代主义对现代性的超越

摘要 后现代主义的主要特征就是对现代性的反思与批判。从后现代主义视角来看,现代性的教师评价出现了以下问题:工具理性僭越、教师主体性缺失、评价标准固化、评价方法过于注重量化。同时,后现代主义对现代性的教师评价进行了超越,影响着教师评价的发展走向,主要表现在:走向发展性教师评价、评价主体走向多元化、评价标准走向生成、评价方法走向人文。 The main characteristics of post-modernism lie in its reflection and criticism of modernity. From the viewpoint of post-modernism, it can be seen that there are some problems in the modern appraisal of teachers, such as arrogation of tool rationality, lack of the main body of teachers, ossification of the standards for appraisal, too much quantification of the methods of appraisal, and so on. Besides, post-modernism surpasses the modern appraisal of teachers, and it affects the tendency of the appraisal of teachers mainly in the following aspects : the appraisal of teachers is keeping developed, the main body for appraisal is becoming pluralistic, the standards for appraisal are getting generated, and the methods of appraisal are turning humane.
