运用多目标模糊局势决策理论与方法［１］，结合聊城市１９９５年的统计资料，按照产值、收入、分业比重等作为标准，分析和确定了聊城市粮食、棉花、油料和蔬菜四业中的优势产业，提出一个最优发展方案．

Using the theory and method of multi-obiection fuzzy situation decision,by the datum of Liaocheng prefecture in 1995 and the standards of output value,income and proportion of each estats,we analyse the superior estats of grain cotton oil crops and vegetables and give a priority to development plan.
