中西医结合治疗心肌缺血的临床研究

Clinical research of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of myocardial ischemia

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法:对我院2005年6月～2008年6月收治的心肌缺血患者68例(实验组)行中药配合硝酸甘油治疗,另随机选择68例心肌缺血患者单用硝酸甘油治疗,并对两组进行疗效对比分析。结果:实验组总有效率为95.83%,与对照组(85.29%)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);住院时间和不良反应与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病效果显著,使患者预后大为改善、满意度提高,且副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of myocardial ischemia. Methods：From June 2005 to June 2008 in our hospital,68 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia （experimental group） with nitroglycerin in the treatment of Chinese medicine,another randomly selected 68 cases of myocardial ischemia in patients with nitroglycerin alone treatment,the effects of two group were analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,compared with the wntrol group （85.29%）,there was a significant difference （P0.05）. Length of stay and adverse reactions were significant differences compared with the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion：Efficacy on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in ischemic heart disease is significant,the prognosis is much improvement,high patients＇ satisfaction and low side effects,it＇s worthy of clinical promotion.
