实习护士职业形象与护士长的管理

Professional image of practical nurses and management of head nurses

目的:了解住院患者对实习护士职业形象的评价,提出护士长管理的策略。方法:采用自制问卷对2所医院580名住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:25.2%的患者认为实习护士的服务质量未达到期望的标准。结论:实习护士目前的职业形象与患者的期望还存在差距,需要加强实习护士的培训和管理。

Objective：To investigate the evaluation of practical nurses on the professional image from in-patients,and put forward head nurses＇ strategy of management. Methods：A number of 580 in-patients from 2 hospitals were surveyed by self-administrated questionnaires. Results：25.2% of patients thought that the practice nurses＇ service qualities didn＇t meet the standards expected. Conclusion：There is a gap from practical nurse professional images to the patient＇s expectations. Training and management for practical nurses need to be strengthened.
