摘要
根据资料总体分布特征，推导出ＤＮＡ指纹与两种类型性状间的相关度量公式，论述了采用该公式筛选标记性状指纹的合理性，同时给出了样本条件下相应的计算和统计推断方法。
On the base of data population distribution,the measuring formula of relationship between DNA fingerprinting and properties was derived,and reasonableness to selecting marker fingerprinting discussed.In the mean while,the calculating method and statistic inference on the condition of sample was given,and its usage showed by examples.
