On Students' Psychological Quality Training in P.E.Teaching

体育教学不仅是体育活动,也是一种社会性活动,"心育体育交融并重"应为其指导思想,在体育教学中,通过成功教育、创设情境、教师期望、服务于素质教育的教学内容等途径和方法,可培养学生积极的自我概念;通过挫折教育、激励教育、引入竞争机制的途径和方法,可促进学生形成良好的意志品质;要让学生学会竞争、学会合作,满足学生的归属感,以促进其社会化发展.

P.E.teaching is not only a sport activity,but also a kind of social activity.The equal emphasis on both psychological education and physical education should be its guiding ideology.With the use of such methods as the success education,the creation of context,the teachers＇ expectations,the teaching content for serving the quality education,we can foster the students＇ positive self-concept.Through the frustration education,the encouragement education and the introduction of competition,we can promote the formation of their good will and quality.We must teach them how to compete and cooperate and meet their sense of belonging in order to promote their social development.
