摘要 通过对基质固相分散淋洗剂、样品填料比等处理条件的优化研究,建立了葡萄酒中9种有机磷农药残留检测的分析方法,即基质固相分散—气相色谱—质谱联用法。加标结果表明,9种有机磷的回收率为66.98%~105.91%,相对标准偏差小于7.5%,检出限为0.0066~0.027mg/kg,可用于葡萄酒样品中农药残留的测定。 Absorbent eluent and proportion of sample and filling were investigated. With the optimization of pretreatment,a method was developed based on matrix solid- phase dispersion combined with GC- MS for the multiresidue analysis of 9 organophosphorus pesticide in wine. Spiked experiments for the test of recoveries,the mean recoveries were found in the range of 66.98% to 105.91% with relative standard deviation under 7.5%. The detection of the 9 organophosphorus pesticides were in the range of 0.006 6 mg/kg to 0.027 mg/kg. The procedure can be applied for the determination of pesticide residues in wine samples.
