摘要
以鲜三七根为原料,通过提取、沉降、蒸馏等工艺得到三七提取液。采用L9(34)正交试验,确定三七保健饮料的最佳配方。
The fresh notoginseng was used as the main raw material,the extract was obtained by the craft of extraction, sedimentation,distillation,etc. The best conditions of notoginseng soft beverage were obtained by the orthogonal test L9(34).
