摘要
"食品质量安全控制与管理"和"食品检测技术"是高职高专院校食品安全与检验技术专业的两个重要学习领域与食品检验和食品生产现场质量安全控制岗位相对接是食品类专业教学改革的关键与难点。在教育部高职高专食品类教学指导委员会的指导下,构建了"食品质量安全控制与管理"和"食品检测技术"两门课程的设置,为规范高职高专院校食品安全与检验技术类专业提供了支撑。
"Food quality and safety control and management""Food inspection technology"were two important learning areas in higher vocational college,and were the key point and difficulty of pedagogical reforms. By the assistance of Food Specialty Teaching Direction Committee by the Higher Vocational and Specialized Colleges of the Ministry of Education,this paper designed the relevant course in these learning areas, which supported the standardization of" Food Safety and Inspection Technology"specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges.
