摘要
对于财务学而言,财务契约与和谐财务都是重要概念,需要深入研究。从本质上看财务契约与和谐财务既有联系,又有不同,需要我们在更高层次上将二者融合。
Financial contract and harmonious finance are critical to finance which need to research deeply. Relations and differences exist between financial contract and harmonious finance form the view of essence. As a result, we have to combine both at a higher level.
