摘要
本文采用IR、MS,TG、DSC和DTA等现代测试方法,通过模型化合物表征,对TBMIC的热稳定性,特别是热分解机理进行了比较深入的研究。结果表明:TBMIC具有较高的热稳定性,其热分解过程大致为三个阶段。在400℃左右,伴随着连接酰亚胺环和三嗪环的C—N键断裂,发生逆氢离子移位加成反应,TBMIC分解成为双马来酰亚胺和氰尿酸,后者迅速破环分解生成氰酸或异氰酸。
Tris (bismaleimide) isocyanurate (TBMIC) and various heat-resistant resins based on it had been prepared. In this paper, the thermal stability of TBMIC have been studied in detail. DSC, TG, IR and MS spectra of TBMIC have given an explanation of its thermal decomposition behaviours in N2 atmosphere. TBMIC is more stable than cyanuric acid, and there are three steps when it was decomposed deing elevated. A retro-Michael reaction occured at about 400℃ with the formation of bismaleimide and cyanuric acid.
