十年来我国胜任特征研究述评

Review on China's Competency Research in Recent Ten Years

胜任特征的研究自从引入我国之后,已经取得了非常丰硕的研究成果。在系统梳理胜任特征的源起与发展的基础上,对与胜任特征密切相关的概念作出了区分与界定。从主要研究主体、主要研究领域、主要研究方法三个层面系统总结了十年来我国胜任特征研究的现状,指出了研究中存在的诸如概念不清、研究方法难以掌握、与人格特质的区别和联系鲜有论述、因子命名不一致、区分度不够六个方面的问题,并对今后的研究趋势作出了进一步的展望。

After the conception of competency was introduced into China,the research achievements were abundant.On the basis of analysis of the originations and development of competency systematically,this article defined and differentiated the conception that is relevant to eompeteney.0n three aspects ,that is,the research subjectivity,research terrain,research method,this article analyzed the research status.And pointed out six problems,such as the unclear conception,the research method, the differences and relations with personality traits,the disaceord with the competency factors.At last,this article prospected the research trends for the future.
