新建本科院校大学生情绪智力的调查研究——以商洛学院为例

An Investigation and Analysis on Emotional Intelligence of Students of the Newly Established Universities——Taking Shangluo University as An Example

采用情绪智力量表(ECI)对360名大学生进行问卷调查。得出新建本科院校大学生总体情绪智力处于中等偏上水平;区分不同变量比较分析得出,新建本科院校大学生情绪智力总体在学科变量与生源地变量差异不显著,而在性别和年级变量方面存显著差异。新建本科院校应该加强学生的情绪智力教育:应紧抓大学生的人生观、价值观教育;加强校园文化建设;积极开展心理健康教育活动。

Questionaires are collected from 360 students through ECI （Emotional Intelligence scale）, we analyse the different variations,reaches the conclusion that difference of students Emotional Intelligence in the newly established universities is not obvious in their major variation and birthplace variation. But the difference is significant in their gender variation and grade variation. Newly established colleges and universities should strengthen the students Emotional Intelligence education;clutch college students outlook on life and values education;strengthen construction of campus culture; actively conduct mental health education activities.
