农民合作社是农村发展产业化的一种产业组织形式,同时也是农村先进生产关系的一种实现形式,推动了农民的集体行动意识,整合了有限的农村社会服务资源。我国的农民合作社发展的道路上有许多值得探索的问题,其中之一就是政府在农民合作社发展过程中的角色问题。

Farmers cooperative is an industry organization form of rural industrialization development and also a realization form of rural advanced production relations, which promotes the farmers＇ collective-action awareness：and integrates the limited social service resources in rural-areas. The farmer cooperative development in China has many a problem worthy to be solved, one of which is the governmental role in the process of farmers cooperative development.
