当下中国教育不公平突出地表现为城乡之间、阶层之间和区域之间教育发展失衡;其主要原因在于生产力发展不平衡、社会主义生产关系不成熟、城乡二元结构及教育改革价值观的偏差;实现教育公平必须大力发展生产力、变革城乡二元结构,坚持公有制的主体地位,坚守教育改革的人民性价值旨向。

The Inequality of Current Education is predominantly embodied by the in equivalence between cities and the countryside,the social classes and different regions.These lie in the imbalance between the level of productivity,social relations and the values of educational reforms.To solve this problem much has to be done to improve social productivity,bridging the gap between cities and the countryside and hold education is for the public interest as the guiding principle.
