胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 糖尿病（diabetes mellitus，DM）是危害人类健康的重要疾病，目前DM患者全球逾1．7亿，其中2型糖尿病（type2diabetes mellitus，T2DM）占90％左右。预计2030年患病人数将翻一番，新增患者主要集中在中国、印度等发展中国家。DM致残和早亡的重要原因是血糖控制不佳所致的各种并发症，一直以来，DM被认为是内科不可治愈的疾病，而目前用于控制血糖的主要措施包括控制饮食、运动、口服降糖药或使用胰岛素等，
