Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肝癌中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 肝癌的发病机制复杂,细胞信号途径转导对其发生、发展起着至关重要的作用,目前倍受关注的是Wnt/β-catenin转导途径。已经发现Wnt/β-catenin信号通路主要通过激活其下游靶基因而导致肝癌的发生与发展。研究Wnt信号通路的调节因子及各信号通路之间的相互作用,深入探讨肝癌发生、发展及转移的机制,为寻找新的肝癌标志物和治疗靶点提供理论依据。现对肝癌中的Wnt信号异常作一综述。
