智能染色内镜和放大内镜的应用及对胃部疾病的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃部疾病关系密切,大多数的胃癌被认为经历Hp相关性胃炎、萎缩、肠化生和高级别上皮内瘤变到肿瘤一系列黏膜改变。常规内镜检查很难判断是否Hp感染以及萎缩、肠化生、不典型增生、早期癌等病变,盲目活检不但给患者增加痛苦,且检出率低。故如何更清晰地观察胃黏膜表面微细结构变化,目前靶向指导活检成为热点研究课题。近年来,智能染色内镜及放大内镜的出现,大大提高胃部疾病的早期诊断率。此文复习有关文献,探讨智能染色内镜和放大内镜在胃部疾病诊断中的运用及其价值。
