摘要
随着计算机网络和移动通信技术的发展，远程教育已经从电子学习过渡到移动学习。探讨这种过渡所面临的科技、发展能力和教学三方面的挑战，并且对学习过程的主要参与者——开发人员、教育工作者和学生所产生的影响进行论证。
As the development of computer networks and mobile communication technology, distance education has moved from e-learning to mobile learning. This paper discusses three challenges on technology, development and pedagogical during transition, and the impact on main participants in the learning process including developers, educators and students were demonstrated.
