摘要
根据教师网络研修的特点，阐述网络研修的优势。以浙江教师研修网的实践为例，畅谈目前教师网络研修的实际情况，提出教师网络研修保障机制和今后的发展趋势。
The advantages as well as the characteristics of training teachers on the network are listed. Then the actual construction of the current network of training teachers in Zhejiang Province is talked about. In the case study the trend of training teachers on the network and the maintenance of the network are discussed.
