高氧液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation of hyperoxic solution on acute cerebral infarction

目的评价高氧液治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法将165例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组92例和对照组73例,治疗组采用高氧液治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。治疗21d后观察2组临床疗效以及神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率为67.4%和90.2%高于对照组的61.6%和78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组神经功能缺损评分(NDS)明显下降,Barthel指数(BI)明显增高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组NDS低于对照组,BI高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高氧液配合治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,安全性高,可促进神经功能恢复。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of hyperoxic solution on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 165 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group with 92 cases and the control group with 73 patients,the treatment group treated with hyperbaric oxygen,while the control group with conventional therapy.When after 21 days,observed the clinical effect and the changes of neurological deficit scores between these two groups.Results Markedly effective and the total effective rate in treatment group（67.4% and 90.2%）were higher than that in control group（61.6% and 78.0%）,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,the nerve function deficit score（NDS）both decreased significantly,and Barthel index（BI）were significantly higher,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.After treatment,compared with the control group,NDS was lower and BI was higher,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Hyperoxic solution on acute cerebral infarction with good effect,high security,can promote recovery of neurological function.
