摘要
电力电容器电源断开后仍储存有电荷,应对电容器进行及时放电。放电不仅是为了人身安全的需要,也为了降低电容器残留电压以便为再投入创造条件,国家标准中对电容器放电要求都有明确规定。分析了电容器在5种情况使用时应装有快速放电器的理由及必要性,并介绍了国产电容器放电器中两种新型快速放电器,及一种测量电容器放电性能的便携式放电检测仪。
This paper describes that even after cut off the power supply the capacitors still stored charge,so,the capacitor should be in good time discharge,not only to physical security needs,but also to reduce the capacitor residual voltage so as to regular repetitive switching in,the national standard has stipulated requirements for capacitor discharge.The paper also describes the reasons and necessity of fitting rapid discharger under five circumstances,introduces two type of domestic dischargers and a portable device for measuring capacitor discharge performance.
