布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of budesonide inhalation of terbutaline sulphate cotreatment of children with acute asthma attack

目的:观察布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法:选取2007年11月～2009年11月符合哮喘诊断标准的哮喘急性发作患儿92例,随机分为两组,对照组46例,予硫酸特布他林2.5mg/次,q8h经空气压缩泵吸入,口服泼尼松龙2mg/(kg·d),最大剂量为40mg,治疗组46例,予布地奈德2mg/次联合硫酸特布他林0.5mg/次,q8h吸入治疗,疗程7d。比较两组临床症状消失的时间及肺功能改善程度。结果:治疗组临床症状及肺部体征消失时间较对照组缩短,肺功能改善明显优于对照组。结论:布地奈德与硫酸特布他林联合治疗哮喘急性发作能迅速缓解临床症状、体征,改善肺功能,具有协同作用,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of budesonide unites terbutaline sulfate inspiration to treat the child asthma acute outbreak.Methods：To select from November,2007 to conform to asthma to November,2009 to diagnose the standard the asthma acute outbreak trouble 92 examples,divided into 2 groups stochastically,the control group 46 exam ples,gave terbutaline sulfate 2.5 mg/time,q8h after the air compression pump suction,took orally prednisolone 2 mg/（kg·d）,highest 40 mg,the treatment group 46 examples,gave pulmicort respules 2 mg/time to unite bricanyl 0.5 mg/time,q8h inspiration treatment,the treatment course 7 days.Compared with two groups of clinical symptom vanishing time and lung function improvement degree.Results：The treatment group clinical symptom and the lungs symptom vanishing time compared the control group to reduce,the lung function improvement surpassed the control group obviously.Conclusion：Budesonide unites terbutaline sulphate treats the asthma acute outbreak to be able jointly to alleviate the clinical symptom,the symptom rapidly,improves the lung function,has the synergism,also the security is high,is worthy of clinical promoted application.
