基于DEA的我国电信行业X效率实证研究

The Empirical Study on the X-Efficiency Based on DEA in China Telecom Industry

除了规模和范围影响之外的所有技术和配置效率总和的X效率概念的提出,突破了传统的效率衡量方式。文章运用DEA分析技术,以投入导向型为例构建了我国电信产业的效率模型,对中国电信、中国移动和中国联通三家电信企业2004年到2008年的数据进行了实证研究,在分析实证结果的基础上对我国电信产业的发展提出了相应的政策建议。

The X-efficiency conception,which is proposed on the accumulated profits of all technical and allocative efficiency despite of scale and scope,breaks through the traditional efficiency measurement mode.This paper is then establishing our country＇s effitiency module with the help of DEA analysis techniques by adopting the input-orientated examples on the basis of the 2004-2008 annual data collected from the three main telecom industries of China.The corresponding suggestions are also put forward according to the study results.
