江苏南北两大师——李可染与吴冠中

Comparative Studies on Li Ke-ran and Wu Guan-zhong:the Two Masters in South and North Jiangsu

在20世纪的中国画坛上,有两位江苏籍的艺术大师,一位是苏北徐州的李可染,一位是苏南宜兴的吴冠中。两人都是毕业于杭州艺专的高材生;都有着国画、西画兼修的学艺经历,也都主张兼融中西;他们都喜欢借用音乐的腔与调来强调绘画的风格色彩,他们的山水画创作也都是在大量写生基础上组织起来的。在绘画艺术的探索道路上,他们相互视为同道与知音。

In 20th century,there were two accomplished artists from Jiangsu working acively in Chinese painting circle.One was Li Ke-ran from Xuzhou of Northen Jiangsu and another one,Wu Guan-zhong,came from Yixing of Southen Jiangsu.The two has many similarities in many aspects,such as,both of them graduated from Hangzhou National College of Fine Arts,advocated the integration of east and west in painting,highlighted the pictorial style in the terms of melody and most of their works created from the sketch drafts,etc.In a word,they are bosom friends who shared the common values and interests in seeking the truth of painting art.
