摘要
对高速公路工程建设合同管理存在的问题、合同的作用及合同管理规范化的必要性做了较详细的阐述,并结合实践经验提出了高速公路工程项目中的合同管理措施。
The problems existing in contract administration for expressway construction, the functions of contract and the necessity for standardization administration of contract are discussed in details. The contract administration measures in expressway engineering are put forward combined with the practical experiences.
