摘要
本试验在艾维茵肉仔鸡饲料中添加抗生素及不同剂量的自组方中草药添加剂,进行为期42天的饲养试验,屠宰后取胸肌肌肉进行肌苷酸含量的测定及品尝试验,观察抗生素及该方剂对肉仔鸡风味的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加该方剂能不同程度提高肌肉中肌苷酸的含量,对改善鸡肉风味有一定的作用。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Chinese herbal feed additives and antibiotic on the content of IMP in Avain broilers for a 42 - day trail feeding. The results were showed: the content of IMP were increased by diet supplemented with Chinese herbal feed additive, the same as the flavour of meat.
