水律汤对小鼠H22肝癌腹水模型尿中K^+、Na^+、Cl^-离子浓度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察水律汤对小鼠H22肝癌腹水模型尿中K+、Na+、Cl-离子浓度的影响。方法取H22肝癌细胞接种于小鼠腹腔造成肝癌腹水模型,随机分为空白对照组(NS)、模型组(M)、水律汤低剂量组(TA)、水律汤高剂量组(TB)、模型+NO供组(NO)、水律汤高剂量组+NOS抑制剂组(NOS),造模后第5天起用水律汤连续灌胃5天,检测小鼠尿K+、Na+、Cl-离子浓度。结果TA组、TB组、NO组尿液中K+、Na+、Cl-离子浓度较正常组均升高(P<0.01),与模型组比较也是升高的(P<0.01),腹腔内注射NOS抑制剂尿中平均Na+、K+、Cl-浓度则明显低于TB组(P<0.01)。结论水律汤能使小鼠H22肝癌腹水模型尿中Na+、K+、Cl-排出增加,减轻水钠潴留,可能是其消腹水作用机制之一。 Objective To study the effect of Shuilv decoction on concentration of the Urinary Ions potassium(K+),sodium(Na+),chlorine(Cl-) in mice with ascites hepatoma(H22).Methods H22 hepatoma cells were inoculated intraperitoneally in mice to induce the experimental model.Mice were randomized into Control Group(NS),Model Group(M),Low Dose Shuilv Decoction Group(TA),High Dose Shuilv Decocotion Group(TB),Model plus NO donation Group(NO),High Dose Shuilv Decoction Group plus NOS Inhibitor Group(NOS).At 5 days after modeling,the mice underwent consecutively 5 days gastric perfusion,after which the urinary K+,Na+,Cl-were examined.Results The observed urinary ion concentrations were increased in groups TA,TB and NO when compared with that in normal group(P0.01) as well as model group(P0.01).The average ion concentration in group NOS was obviously lower than that in group M(P0.01).Conclusion Shuilv Decoction increased the drainage of the observed ions of the animal model,which relieved water and sodium retention and may serves as one of the mechanisms in eliminating ascites.
