何首乌HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprint Chromatogram of Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb

目的利用高效液相色谱法建立生何首乌饮片的指纹图谱,为何首乌饮片的生产提供质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱方法,色谱柱:Aichrom Bond-AQC18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),检测波长:280nm,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温20℃,分析时间:80min。结果生何首乌饮片指纹图谱中,共有峰相对保留时间、精密度、重现性和稳定性的RSD均小于3%,符合相关规定。结论笔者所建立的指纹图谱可用于生何首乌饮片的质量控制。

Objective To provide the quality control method for medical material of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb by establishing a HPLC-fingerprint method.Method HPLC was used on a chromatographic column of A ichrom Bond-AQ C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）.The detection wavelength was at 280nm.Methanol – 0.1% phosphoric acid water solution was taken as gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 20℃,and the analysis time was 80min.Result In the HPLC Fingerprint chromatogram of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb,the mutual of peak relative retention time,precision,reproducibility and stability of the RSD were less than 3%,which complied with relevant provisions.Conclusion This paper established the fingerprint chromatogram can be used to medical material of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb quality control.
