摘要
目的建立冻伤搽剂的含量测定方法。方法气相色谱法测定冻伤搽剂中樟脑的含量;以聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M为固定相,涂布浓度10%,柱温160℃。结果樟脑在0.5-8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为96.46%,RSD为0.58%。结论本法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于冻伤搽剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for content determination for frostbite liniment.Methods Gas Chromatography（GC） was applied for measuring the content of camphor in frostbite liniment.The separation was conducted at 160℃ column temperature,coated with Polyethylene Glycol（PEG）-20M at 10% spreading concentration.Results Good linear relation was observed at the range of 0.5-8μg（r=0.9992）,with an average recovery rate of 96.46%（RSD=0.58%）.Conclusion This method is suitable for quality control for frostbite liniment for its simplicity,sensitivity and accuracy.
