射干药材部分微量元素的分析

摘要 目的建立射干药材中全量氮、磷、钾的测定方法,研究射干药材对氮、磷、钾的需求状况,为制定射干药材平衡施肥方案和施肥技术奠定基础。方法分别采用硫酸-双氧水比色法、硫酸-双氧水消煮-钒钼黄比色法、硫酸-双氧水消煮-火焰光度计法对射干中氮、磷、钾进行含量测定。结果射干中全氮、全磷、全钾分别在1.908-13.741μg/L,4.390-65.85μg/L,7.6276-76.276μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.996、0.996、0.997。结论该方法简便快捷、重现性好,可用于射干药材全量氮、磷、钾的测定,且射干药材中全量N、P、K的含量比例大致为9:7:3。 Objective Establish the content determination of Blachberrylily Rhizome's nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,Research Blachberrylily Rhizome of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium demand conditions,for laying the foundation of balanced fertilization program for Blachberry lily Rhizome and fertilization technologies.Methods Use sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide chromatometry method,sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion-vanadium molybdenum yellow chromatometry method,sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion-flame photometric method for determination of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents.Results The whole nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium of Blach-berrylily Rhizome in measures in the 1908-13741ppm,4390-6585ppm,76276-76276 ppm scope separately to assume the good linearity to relate(rN=0996,rp=0996,rk=0997).Conclusion These methods are simple and quick with good repetitiveness,and are available to measure the content of Blachberrylily Rhizome's whole nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.And the entire volume of N,P,K content ratio in Blachberrylily Rhizome is approximately 9∶7∶3.
