寒热并用法治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study on xiangshaliujunzi decotion with dandelion and coptis in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的观察香砂六君子汤合蒲公英和黄连化裁治疗法对消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法将符合要求的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组为14例男性和16例女性,给予香砂六君子汤合蒲公英和黄连化裁治疗;对照组为12例男性和18例女性,给予西咪替丁片治疗。组间比较两者的治愈率,组内比较治疗前后的症状变化。结果治疗组治愈率为93.33%,对照组治愈率为86.67%,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后积分差为(7.88±0.74),对照组治疗前后积分差为(6.81±1.5)1(P<0.01)。结论运用寒热并用法,给予香砂六君子汤合蒲公英和黄连治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效佳,治疗期间未出现任何副作用。

Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of Xiangshaliujunzi decoction with dandelion and coptis in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods The requirements of the 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group of 14 cases of male and 16 female patients were given Xiangshaliujunzi decoction with dandelion and coptis; the control group of 12 male patients and 18 cases of women were given cimetidine tablets. To compare the cure rate of outside groups and changes in symptoms before and after treatment. Results The treatment group cure rate was 93.33%, the control group cure rate was 86.67% （P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared before and after treatment, integrate difference of treatment group was （ 7. 88 ± 0. 74 ） , of control group was （ 6. 81±1. 51 ）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion By combined therapy of cooling with warming and giving Xiangshaliujunzi decoction with dandelion and coptis, patients with peptic ulcer have better and do not have any side effects during the period.
