YAG激光在太田痣治疗中的效果及并发症观察

目的探讨YAG激光在太田痣治疗中的效果,并对并发症加以研究探讨,为以后的治疗提供更好的方法和依据。方法选取2006年8月至2009年1月于笔者所在医院治疗的103例太田痣患者为研究对象,将其随机分为CO_2激光治疗组48例(对照组)和YAG激光治疗组55例(观察组),分别采用CO_2激光和YAG激光进行治疗,将治疗效果及并发症发生率进行统计,并加以研究比较。结果经研究比较发现,观察组的治疗效果要明显优于对照组,且并发症发生率也明显低于对照组,两组效果及并发生发生率比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在太田痣的治疗中,YAG激光治疗的方式不仅效果卓著,且并发症发生率也较低,因此值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the observations of effects and complications on YAG laser with nevus of ota in order to provide evidence and choice of method for the treatment. Methods 103 examples patient with nevus of ota in our hospital from August 2006 to January 2009 was selected as research object and was divided into two groups randomly. The control group （n = 48 ）was treated with CO2 laser, and the observation group（ n = 55 ） was treated with YAG laser. Then the results of the effects and complications were studied and compared. Results After the comparison, the treatment effects of observation group was better than that of control group, and the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group. The effects and complication rate of the two groups were compared, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The effects of YAG laser was better in the treatment of nevus of ota and the complication rate was also lower,so it is worthy future study.
