摘要 目的:分析18F-FDG PET-CT对乳腺癌骨转移的诊断价值。材料与方法:对107例乳腺癌患者静脉注射18F-FDG行全身PET-CT显像。结果:107例中发现骨转移22例,阳性率20.6%,其中无骨痛患者发生骨转移4例;单发转移9例;多发转移13例。发现骨转移灶的部位依次为胸廓(61处)、骨盆(41处)、脊柱(39处)、四肢(8处)及头颅(4处)。随乳腺癌术后回访年限的增加,骨转移阳性率增加。结论:18F-FDG PET-CT可早期诊断乳腺癌骨转移,对于病情评价及制定治疗方案有重要的指导意义。 Purpose: To analyze the diagnostic value of PET - CT for skeletal metastsis of breast carcinoma. Materi- Ms and Methods: 107 patients with breast carcinoma were injected intravenously 18F- FDG and examined the whole body. Results: In the breast carcinoma patients, 22 cases were discovered metastases tumor in bones and the positive rate was 20. 6%, in whom 4 were pain - free metastasis. Single metastasis were found in 9 cases and muhimetastase in 13. Region and number of the bone metastasis were as follows: ribs(61), pelvis(41 ), spinal column(39), arms and legs(8)and skull (4). The skeletal metastasis rate was increased along with the prolongation of the follow - up period. Conclusion: PET - CT is eligible for finding the skeletal metastasis at early time. Regular follow - up is necessary for securing a right assessment of the illness and for establishing the proper treatment protocols
