CYP11B2 C-344T基因多态性与原发性高血压中医证型的相关性研究

Association of the C-344T Polymorphism of CYP11B2 Gene With TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨醛固酮合成酶基因CYP11B2 C-344T多态性与原发性高血压中医证型的相关性。方法:用多聚酶链聚合反应(PCR)和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性法(RFLP)检测290例住院原发性高血压(Essential Hypertension,EH)患者基因多态性,高血压中医证型与CYP11B2 C-344T基因多态性相关分析用卡方(χ2)检验。结果:EH中医证候各组及对照组基因型频率和等位基因频率均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,高血压中医证候组间CYP11B2 C-344T基因型TT、TC、CC分布无显著性差异(P>0.05),TC+CC基因型组合频率阴阳两虚>阴虚阳亢>痰湿壅盛>肝火亢盛,经χ2检验,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CYP11B2 C-344T多态性与原发性高血压中医证型可能无相关性。

Objective：To investigate the association between the C-344/T polymorphism of CYP11B2 and TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension patients.Methods：CYP11B2 genotyping with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was performed in 290 essential hypertensive subjects.The possible association between the the C-344/T polymorphism of CYP11B2 and TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension was tested by χ^2 tests.Results：The frequency of CYP11B2 C-344T genotype and allele in all groups were in Hardy-Weinberg proportions.There was not significant difference in the genotypes of CYP11B2 C-344/T in TCM Syndrome Type groups（P〉0.05）.the frequency of TC＋CC Deficiency of Yin-Yang〉Yin Deficiency and Overwhelming YangAccumulation of Sputum WetnessOverabundant Liver-Fire,but χ^2 did not show statistically significant（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：The C-344/T polymorphism of CYP11B2 was not associated with TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension.
